After a long years of promoting their software, it seem there are quite a number of people who are unsatisfied with the services that Microsoft provide! Firstly, everything talked about money! Any problem, give them a call, MONEY! Cannot solved; give another call, MONEY again!

I personally had not tried Vista of course and with so much news about its flaws and etc, I think I begin to feel a change in operating system is needed for me and it seem not worth it to buy Vista......
